Woke up nice and early today as I was called upon by my friend to take him and his wife to the hospital, I'm always glad to help a friend in need. After taking him to the hospital I drive home and while on the duel carriageway I notice a silver Ford Fiesta infront and something seemed to be loose and bamm!!! it came flying right at my car hurdling itself at super speeds, I'm doing 60mph at the time and sadly the object hit my front windscreen totally cracking the entire right...

Ever wanted to try and make yourself look better? Everyone has and that is what I am doing right now. For the past 9 months Ive been training non stop in the gym to try and build myself a better body, but what people forget is that muscle is extremely hard to gain.

For the past three months I've put myself onto a body building diet with cheat meals on one alocated day, as of today I've incorperated eggs into my daily diet which already consists of pasta, tuna , chicken and much more....
