Custom buffer - Final release

Since there would be problems with Donator system, and each server has unique donator system, I will make one more buffer release, with VIP player system
server admin will have to enter players name, and the player will get more access to the buffer. there will be configurable buffs, and I plan to add Cubics, Self buffs, Totems and such.
And again: the final release will contain some minor code updates, and VIP system. There is nothing else to fix, because each buff is in the database and there is only 1 script that handles the buffs.
Why this is gonna be final release?
Because my goal is not to lie to you about fixing stuff and actually not doing anything (unlike others that I have seen in this forum (no offense)), but the goal is to perfect the buffer to make it as flexible as it can be.

The final revision will be shared around the Christmas, and again, because I work alone on this buffer and I don't have much time right now (30-40 minutes a day) that I can spend in front of the PC. I would appreciate anyone willing to help, but the requirements are:

1. Beyond the basic knowledge of python (arrays, functions, dynamic HTML template building, etc. )
2. Basic knowledge of MySQL scripts and database
3. Basic knowledge of HTML
4. Good or even better - very good knowledge of English, because we will have to do conversations, and it's gonna be easier for you and me
