I just got home from a fun game of bowling with my friends ahha might be the last time I see them though.
Anyways tomorrow is graduation and it's gonna be awesome. Might tear up because it's so sad to see our class go our own separate ways. Kind of excited but kind of don't wanna leave high school yet... lol Tomorrow is definitely going to be a day to remember!
How was your graduations and did you guys also cry?
Wish me luck!!
Time to go to sleep and have an awesome day tomorrow!

Dude I feel you, I never want to leave high school.
It's sad.
Don't have a graduation as such here with our secondary schools but can relate to the leaving part.
Didn't like school due to a lot of teachers putting me down but do miss the atmosphere and friends I did have. ^^
Yeah it gets boring when you leave school.... But good luck man!!![]()
Good luck or since it's been way past 6 hours, hope it all went well.
Graduation -- one last torturous assembly before you finally get to peace out from that adolescent prison they call "school" and start getting friend requests on facebook from everyone who ever so much as saw you. Good riddance to that place. What a waste of 12 years.

Not exactly worthless though. If you get a GCSE or pass your tests of some kind then you're sure to be offered a few jobs that you want. You have more chance of getting a job in the IT sector if you've passed all of your tests. School is more important than a lot of people think, I was like this when I was younger 'another shit day at school' but then I got a job and found out that it was a lot more harder and thanks to the GCSEs that helped me get onto my A-Levels I got a decent job.
Well in my country, having 5 or more BGCSE automatically gets you a free scholarship to our College on the Government's funding.
So basically if attending college or wanting a good steady job after HS are in your options. You'd better plan on passing those.

Usually hate being reminded of the worst time in my life. But at least leavers day was the end of it. Anyone who knows me, knows how little I usually share anything personally identifying, so this is a little treat. These are the people I shared that nightmare with.
I can't call many of them friends, but I do have fond memories of a few... For instance, the young lady to the far right also had the distinct lack of fortune to share my class in Junior school, and I recall (reasonably well, considering how long ago it was) that she was the first "girl" I kissed. She made the mistake of being caught during a game of "kiss chase".I seem to remember that having caught and been caught, neither of us had much idea what to do after that. So it wasn't much to be excited about, but in many ways, that was the excitement. XD
Of course, I'm the chap behind the camera. 35mm fixed focus, before there where such things as digital cameras. (or mobile phones, for that matter) PaintShop Pro managed to restore the missing enamel quite well.
These days, kids seem to try to reinvent a British version of the U.S. Highschool leavers do / prom thing. For us, it was probably the first day we all attended morning registration out of uniform. Although we did have official "dress down" days for charity, I can't remember any one of those which there wasn't one or two of us who still wore the uniform. I suspect that some of our parents couldn't afford to buy us school clothes and home clothes, but at that age we started being entitled to manage our own money, and there was no point buying fresh uniform so close to the end of school.
P.S. I do have some from that day which actually have me in them... If anyone's interested.![]()
Heh this picture looks like it was from a while ago. What class year are you?
Graduation was fun and sad... Can't believe I might actually never see some of my classmates ever again after seeing them and being with them for like 13 years. I'm not afraid of new things but sucks because we're going to have to leave our new friends for new friends.
It went pretty smoothly lots of speeches and there were around 750 graduates there so took a while for the announcer to announce our names and get our diplomas.
Only bad thing was that it was almost 100 degrees when I got outside of the stadium was dying of heat lol.
No speeches or diplomas for this crowd. Our grades came in the post a couple of weeks later, and many of them already had jobs lined up to go to. I think the majority of us had College courses lined up, and one person was staying on to do A-Levels.
When it was, I honestly can't remember, but a little math suggests it was 1991.
OMGosh. I have nightmare memories of the deputy head master on the dance floor at the leavers Night Club night a little while before this. XD
Yea... I guess it was kinda sad. But I really never missed seeing any of these people after that. Most of my actual friends, by that point, where in different classes anyway, and a fair few of them went to the same college as me. 2 where even on the same course.
Diplomas and graduation speeches, we usually leave until you pass your Bachelor degree.![]()
Graduating highschool was awesome for me. No more BS! Or so I thought...
Then I attended college. MOAR bs. Got my associates degree, got my bachelors degree. Finished.
After taking a break, I'm going to get my Masters degree (only requires 10 more classes so I figure why not?). Am not looking forward to more of that BS.
Anyway, moral of this story is...
1) School sucks if you aren't very social
2) School sucks if you hate the thick coating of BS
I graduated on the 4th. Graduation was more funny than everything. People would dance and pose on stage after getting their diplomas and whatnot. I had a rather eventful weekend before it though, going to an anime convention and out clubbing.
