Most likely RainMeter. That's what I used (wrote my own mini-launchers).

And lolz at all those rainmeters and poop, it just takes the precious space you need to fill with icons and resources you need to run shitload of things at once!

Seriously though, why the hell would you need to need another clock, CPU usage(such an useless thing), or how many things you have in your recycle bin. Only thing that make sense is RSS reader, but I'd rather have browser(which is running all the time anyway) with google reader on.
