He doesn't really need a lawyer until they try and pursue legal action. It would just be an un-necessary expense. They can have the biggest men in the world to try and take RZ down but it won't work. Especially seeing as they try to claim copyright on MS C++ tutorials.

I'm in no war , just wanting to share the idiocy of the PR team. As for the counter DMCA notifcations , I already successfully won the counter claim on ALL content. Why did I win? Because the content did not belong to them (it's mine) hence why they dismissed further legal action. In regards to Google, they could remove certain content from showing up in the search (such as file releases) if they can supply proof of copyright (registration numbers) but have yet to display this information and I have 2 days left on my case with Google regarding their current DMCAs on my youtube and facebook page without any secondary claims via Min Communications inc.

Another problem is that the PR manager also put in a claim on content under his own name , stating under US federal law that HE was indeed the proprietor of the content submitted. Also in regards to further claims of additional court proceedings, having checked the database myself with their current legal standing within the US (where DMCA is valid) there is no valid registration upon any aforementioned content;

What we have here is a simple case of harassment. They wish to generate press possibly for an up coming release to which I have no concern with, hell... if they wanted me to publish a press release on the website I would (we will promote any official server despite our own intentions to help create our own).

Hope this is clear enough.

Wel you can't really stop people from going to the pirate bay to be honest because there will always be more links comign for the pirate bay to be honest and so as the other websites but it's for example if ragezone just for example not going to be sure then they can still make websites indeed like legal.ragezone.com

In theory RZ should get no DMCA complaints as it's public knowledge that we have been hosted in Russia for a long time. Hostkey will just print the complaint and poop on it

We shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence is the pirate bay. Whilst the website is fully operational and legal the biggest issue is politics, lobbying and the fact its a multi-billion dollar industry.

Well, they even claimed copyright to the video I made (the c++ hello world console application video).
They very well know that that video is not theirs, and you have my permission to use it. And claiming(falsly) the rights to a video on Youtube is actually afaik illegal, or can at least lead to the suspension of the account.

So yeah, if it hels, I'd gladly sign some kind of written conscent showing that I allow you to use the video...

You should forward the DMCAs over the Min Communications, because I doubt he even has the power as the PR Guy to even send such things, well but that would only be true if they were actually professional.
