Contact them... they have a ticket system for queries like this. Sometimes if you pester them a little they speed it up aswell.

i used swvps b4 and it took a day for the activation.

P.S: the only thing that i don't like about SWVPS is that, their support is sooo slow that u will only get reply on ya tickets like about 12-24 hours XC
