vBulletin Skin help

Hi i would like to know how to make vBulletin look like RageZone's homepage
where you can post annocements and updates, have a site navigation on the left, etc.

My vBulletin comes up like default with the forum...

What ever happened to the official vBulletin site?

You need a license for starters, maybe for him, that's outta teh question.

The portal system is called vBAdvanced, and you need a ww.vbulletin.com account to download/purchase it.
