how to Edit Skill cooltime

hi.

I tried to modify the cool time value for a some particular skill

bdo.sqlite3 in Skill_Table_New

it wasn't work

Now will look at the client side.
I found a datasheet using the paz extract tool(), converted it to a conversion tool (

), and then opened an Excel file.

the problem is BEXCEL
If I can convert the modified Excel file back to a Bexcel file, I can try again. (Using META Injector)
But if there's a better way, let me know.
