Emu v491: It's always windy :(

I'm using the "Final Black Desert Emulator v491" and I have noticed that it's always windy in Velia or Calpheon. The weather never changes.

How do I "fix" that?

gosh yes. i was search for same do fix this weather missmatch...
seems as this command in list no really do anything. so yes also need an fix for this thanks
