RNG for enhancing and loot-boxes?

Does anyone know how to find the RNG script that the servers use?

And I assumed the RNG is entirely server-sided? What RNG method does it use? Is there is a way of changing the rates, or at least can we find out what the current rates are and how failstacks work, etc?

there is rates for enhancing, horse, and etc on the server yeah, but the function for rates is in the source of the files which i have not tried to change or even look at.

Is it easy to understand and modify. e.g. Can we just change a number from like 15% to 100%?
