No text in game issue

Hi, so I downloaded the OgreFest client and server, I was able to start it and got as far as character creation, but basically all the text is gone. I can see the buttons and notification windows etc but there is no text, any idea what could cause this? Thanks!

Please check your client and server logs, this usually contains all information you need to resolve an issue. If you can't fix it after reviewing your client and server logs, please post them here (censored!) so someone can take a look for you.
