Guide: How to bring your NF Pri server online in LAN and Internet

Special thank Liiir1985 and all member in RZ about all your help.

To follow this guide, I recommended you using a fresh Windows copy.
And you need server and client give by RageZone or some one.

1. You need setup success NF offline and you can login to the game. To do this step, pl read this topic:

2. For LAN user:
2.1. Edits 1 host file like this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
[Your server IP in LAN] hzlm.6600.org
[Your server IP in LAN] ayhj.6600.org
[Your server IP in LAN] update.nf2.com.cn
[Your server IP in LAN] game1.nf2.com.cn
[Your server IP in LAN]

You must be registered to see links

[Your server IP in LAN] db.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN] missouri.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN] bismarck.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN] kiel.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN]

You must be registered to see links

[Your server IP in LAN] nelson.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN] yamato.navyfield.co.kr
[Your server IP in LAN] update.navyfield.co.kr

You can find this IP in Start\run\cmd\Ipconfig.
You can use Notepad or other HexEditer to do this.
2.2. Send this file and the client you play to other PC on LAN.
2.3. On client PC, copy this host file to folder \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
2.4. Register 1 acc in database NF of Server.
2.5. Run NF client in client PC and connect to server with acc you want. Of cource, you server must open.

3. For Internet user.
You need 1 Static IP(Internet IP) or 1 Domain. To find your IP, you should go to some website can find your current IP, exa:

Or use no-ip.org service.

3.1. If you have 1 Domain.
Use HexEditer like UltraEdit-32 open file NavyFIELD.exe. Search string “SOFTWARE\SDEnterNET”
You will see:

Edit line “localhost” or something to your domainm exam:

Use HexEditer like UltraEdit-32 open file main.dll. Search string “SOFTWARE\SDEnterNET” you will see:

Edit line with blue background to your domain, exam:

You must be registered to see links

If your domain name shorter than origin domain, you must change hexcode behind thes last hexcode of your domain name to “00”.

3.2. If you only have static IP and you can’t hex IP of client then you can do other way:
Edits 1 host file like this:

3.2.1. Release this file and the client you play to other PC on LAN.
3.2.2. On client PC, user bat file to copy this host file to folder \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
3.2.3. Register 1 acc in database NF of Server.
3.2.4. Run NF client in client PC and connect to server with acc you want. Of cource, your server must open.
3.2.5. Open port 8001 and 8100 in server firewall or open port for listening.

Sry dude.

But What you gived us. Doesn't work.
Navyfield.exe error
It crashed.
I just did everything you told. But It gives me the Crash or Error.

But Some Qeustions:

Who needs to overwrite the stuff?
The Client?? That connects??
Or the Server Self??

Also? Don't I need to put the nfvn.servegame.com into the Host File.
because If I set to the server you need to start the Login Server and Save Server whit the name:
nfvn.servegame.com it doesn't Connect.
But when I set the IP whit the Name in the Hosts file it connects!
But Yeah,, Thats Nice but If my game has a Error I still can't play eather Off or On.
Help!!!

To locate the hosts file go to my computer/WINDOWS/system32/drivers/ect and then hosts is there. right click on it, click open and then select notepad. Make your changes and then save.

That will work, or just setup the webreg site, you can either use IIS or download winamp and go online for the .ASP addon. that is the easiest way to do it.

Now can anyone help me by uploading a v2034 client a fresh client not the one that is posted here, either that or older server files and client, my only issue is that no matter what i do i can not connect to my server.

i have made many servers before and got them to work, i have searched around in other topics and found that the v2034 server does not truly work properly, so i would like the older server files and a client, would really like to get a NFServer started any help would be greatly appreciated. thnx

Hi Guys,
I have a problem setting up a NF-Lan Server in our Network.
I am using the Serverfiles server2034 an the Client V2034 (NavyFieldClientFaceEng).
I have set up the server like described and after some problems i have success on connection the client to the server.

I already can login my registered Account and create a ship in shipyard, but when i try to open a battleroom oder joining one of the training-mission the client-App will crash i i have to restart the server to login again.
I cannot open any kind of battle rooms.

I connected the gameserver to login- and saveserver and changed registry on client and host on client and server.

Can you please help me so that i can use the NF-Lan on my network?

I have everything turned to run, but unfortunately the game client crashes constantly.
I've done this:
1. I downloaded the new client.
2. Copy missions files, maps, and date instead of the dirictory the server.
3. Edited navifield.exe and main.dll
4. Launched servers via localhost
But there is no connection.
Most likely the problem in the ports!
In the server change can not.
How to fix it?
