Ancesta sucks really.
I use DOFUS Engine, and that server works fine for me and my friends!
Only those bastards on the dutch DOFUS offical server, dont wanna play on it, becaz on the offical there are no rules by now, becaz there are no ankama-staff.
And on my server we have admins and mods. and thats why they dont wanna play on it. ¬_¬

Your Special-Ed if you actually LOOK at the Ancesta database you are looking at the best possible one. The ancesta database is the start for all Databases The server itself needs stability fixes, But as for content its got the most, To be honest the Issues with it aren't as major as people think. It's more stable than dofus engine ,but dofus engine doesn't contain that much. Get 30-40 people on dofus engine. Will crash every 5-20 mins. Hit up 30-40 people on anc Crashes every couple hours. Sharkemu is the most STABLE. but C# already gives them an Advantage on server stability. Yay times. Don't act like just because it appears to have so many Problems that it sucks. Because in the end I think ANC will be the best source. They dev fast and then fix stability issues.. Which will take longer but will have a better source in the end.
if anything u should release my ancestra 3.2 jar for ppl who wanna play with there friends or so

i need help! im using the Ancestra 0.4 and i followed the toturial for making server, however when im tring to login it keeps saying "Server not found. impossible to login". what can solve it?

Well, the most thing in this case could be.. Are you RUNNING the server, and created you're account?.
And my Pserver will be maybe 24/7 hours online ^^

Sounds like your CONFIG.XML is incorrect. Make sure your config has the Ports and IP correct.

i have few things that i dont know how to do:
-how do i start from astrub?
-how do i get the id of all items, i mean for example the id of all weapons in the game (to put on NPC sell)
-i have a bug with challenge, when the challenge over im still stuck in it :/

For 1 i dont think challenges work
To start from astrub you need to set the starting map to the map you want to start at
Can get id of items by going to the dofus wiki (well most of them) or another site
either way its probably best to wait a month or so to wait till they develop more since they just recently started working on the project a few month ago

btw, how do i summon monsters? i tried through the map table but then the "start" was stack on loading maps like endless and it didnt pointed about any error. any ideas?
