Note:
you must use Trminhpc GunnyII file's, and patch with my files.

there is list bugs fixed:
- strengthen/fortify, fix
- newbie quest, fix
- consortia/guild, fixed
- buddy/im, fixed
- weapon up to strengthen level 15(you just need put line <STHRENTH_MAX value="15"/> on the config.xml) fixed lv 15 effect.

list fatal bug can't fixed:
- level permission (maybe this bug will be easy to fix if you can re-compile 2.png)
- pet still buggy, i can fix it but because not have solution for level permission i never touch pet file.
- fusion still buggy,
- for boatyard, you can use 3.0 file's.

I'll try to work know, but can you tell me how to edit ui swf files after decompile them ?
cuz I always get a black screen after edit them

You put the folder in "res\flash\ui" next to the "vietnam" folder and then change in config.xml:
<LANGUAGE value="vietnam" />
to
<LANGUAGE value="en_us" />
