Well, I want to add custom weapons and sets to my database

But how do I do that?

Where did I make this file?

you need navicat, SQLyog or any sql-browser/explorer. there will be an option to open/import an *.sql file and batch/execute it on the selected database.
within the application choose your world-database, maybe ncdb or world, or whatever its name is an batch/execute the data from the file.

Well how to put this in a good *.sql ?

Because im getting error if i want to import that
