[Ascent] Voice Chat

ok guys i just got Ascent1840 and i would like to know how to set up my voice chat any help would be great

oh i tried 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0.1 and my no ip address and still no luck

yes, they added a voicechat server. you have to enable it in ascent.conf:

there is now a voicechat.exe you have to start. config file is voicechat.conf

It is not ready yet you sould have known that if you read the changelog when you get the source . Besides that TRUNK compiles as said so often here on the forums can be an pain in the ass as well . You sould have stable branches compiles at least it is shure they work proper and you can compile them proper .

ok people please help because my voice chat dont work with serverIP 0.0.0.0 i do change that to "my IP" or what do i do???

i shut ON my voicechat .exe but just work with config with my IP i dont know what do i do?

WTF? theres voice chat now?? That wouldn't really work untill the new WoW expansion because everyone would need to install something on there pc/mac

Theyl releaseit in the branch of their svn when they get it fixed...

as another way to use voice chat is our lovely TEAMSPEAK xD
