[Help]How to go online..

Heya, I just installed WoW and patched etc.. Freind of mine got on it but I'm having diffulties it keeps saying incorrect info when I try logging in which it isnt. I have changed the ip in wow/data/enUS/ realmlist.wtf to suite the IP but it still doesnt help me connect to server.

I got hamachi up and running anyone know what the problem is?

Tell me this:

What version is the server running, what version is your client?

What is the exact realmlist.wtf settings (copy and paste, please)

Eh here hte reamlist.wtf is :

set realmlist 127.0.0.1
set patchlist 127.0.0.1
set realmlistbn "127.0.0.1"
set portal us

and its the newest version. 3.08 or something

3.0.8 will not work when connecting to anything below a 3.0.8 Mangos/ArcEmu server.

You will need to downgrade to 3.0.3.

Also, if that doesn't work. Try using the IP your friend is connecting from.

P.S: Btw, all you need is "Set Realmlist 127.0.0.1" the rest is useless.
