Mangos/Ascent/ArcEmu - Which is the best?

Hey,
it's a long time ago when i've smth to do with wow emulators (wotlk times).
Which Emu is the best for Pandaria and much cunstom c++ scripting . Still Mangos ?
How much Ressources does the Emus need to run ?

There's not even a 100% Cata emu yet...let alone a 50% Pandaria emu....
