[Help] Professions

I am wanting to change the number of professions that are allowed on my server. But I'm not sure what file or line to modify.

Could someone give me a example and tell me where to find it please?


Also I have two other problems one concerning aggro, Mobs have a huge aggro range and pull through walls and some bosses wont attack yet there faction is right and con red anyone have a solution??
