Realm not ready

when i login it disconnects me and in the realm_status window there's a message realm not ready...
and when i get it to be ready i choose the realm and than disconnects me again ...
any clue ...

You havnt setup server names in configs, and server names in database correctly. They ALL have to be exactly the same. Also it needs the same server id and type.
