[Release] WoW sound id for Mangos and Ascent

i found this really nice user from wow vendetta Halestorm rep+++++++++
he gave a really big list of the sound id and a slight info on what the sound came from like items creature and the creature name.
i search really hard and ask alot of question from every wow forum, so i'm pretty proud of this finding. its sound id from wow 2.4.1 and if your a gm on ascent type .playall "sound id" and for mangos i think its .playsound "sound id" i havent really took a good try at it.

its really good if you love to lua script your server to have them talk during battle instead of constantly attacking you
