repack 1.12.1 Need a Help to make server public

i have problem which is im using mangos repack 1.12.1 and im trying to convert it to public sever
i have set my host file to according to the description in forums . and now i set my realmlist to my External ip i cant logg in as admin itself ...... and also firewall i tried that too.
and one more thing i can run using lan network ...
