No. It doesn't exist and it won't exist for another 3-4+ months. Anything claiming to be a v4.3.4 repack is either fake and/or malware. The only v4.3.4 core anywhere near working is SkyFire's but it is an unsupported side-project that is far from completion (So don't bother going there and asking about it, the topic will be locked).
