Im not a wow player, nether a wow dev. I have no idea what is available to the public and up to what update.
So im askign for basic info - is there actually any point making new wow servers anymore or do people prefer old high pop established servers?
Not talking about some simple thrown togehter random server.
We are starting/rebooting a new project with multiple games (with pro hosting, dedicated, site, forums, integration of diff types etc) - but im lookign to add a few more games to the list besides the one i dev/am good at (and those games would have stand alone staff/devs ofc).
Therefor i need some data - is there population for wow servers and up to what version/quality are emulators or server files available (decently stable ones that people also like to play - mods, changes etc come later).
So any private server related info would be appriciated (dont really need guides to set up etc at this point, rather whats available, limits, popularity and so on).
