If u getting error : Conenction Failed. Just keep try log in. We know about this issue and we trying to fix it.

After few tries u will log in succesfully so do not worry :]

Always 1st time u will get error ConenctioN Failed and 2nd time Account is already conencted to game.

I can log into the website, but it says my information is invalid when trying to log into the game.

Edit: I had to sign up as a normal SUN user, not new SUN.

I was in game, 0 lags also saw couple players.
But i dont know what to do im lv17 stuck in zone i cant get out of. are there any guides about quests/exping?

Account game is already connected, please try again later? always getting that error even I am creating alots of account just to replace the exist logged account. Any support?



[WARNING! Game server connection failed] <-- always getting this error. My internet connection is good. speed is up to 3mbps. getting 2.1mb download speed. does the server is down for temporary? or I am just this guy having this problem?

Is there a new launcher? The game is telling me to use the new launcher. Why is it so hard to play this game. We've been waiting for this for days.

this server is pretty cool, nice rates. Didn't take long for me to enter, just have to try and login a couple times and you will get to the char screen.

I guess its time to uninstall this client. Just wasting times trying to fix the problem, but there's no guide on how to fix that issue.

Clear ur registry.

Be sure Client is instaled on disk C: and not D:
