Mac Help Plox. :(

Well I got cs4 right and when i go to install it it says that ive a the previous version Cs3 installed.

But thing is

I Don't have Cs3 installed I've tried installing Cs3 countless times and got the same msg.

Anyone know how to fix this problem.

Evan if i have to reformat my Mac HD I don't mind.

If i do have to reformat my Mac HD can someone explain how

OK CS3/4 has this little problem with installing. To fix this, make sure:

1. you have absolutely NO adobe/macromedia programs installed which are included in the suit you are installing. This includes adobe acrobat, dreamweaver, flash, PS, ect. If you do, uninstall them first.

2. If you are downloading form an ISO (ie. it was downloaded), you have to be installing it from the SAME DRIVE. So if you want to install it into your C: drive, then the ISO has to be in your C: drive.

As far as i know, these are the only 2 things which would be causing this error, so just try them anyway.
