Some VERY cool apps which are extremely simple yet amazingly useful. Don't forget that these are actually made By Microsoft so they integrate into XP and you know they're safe.

PowerToys can fully change the way your system works. It's a MUST in low end systems, the fastest and better way to remove useless effects and stuff your computer could be rid of to run much much better.

No idea about powertoys for vista, i would imagine they MAY be included in the extra's Vista ultimate users get?

It makes it faster cos the Tweak UI utility gives you ALOT more options to tweak your system as compared to the normal control panel.
