New laptop wont start

Its stuck on starting windows, so i did automatic shutdownand went on start up repair and it saying repairing disk errors, this may take an hour

if the hard disk is damaged send ti back, otherwise reformat windows

when ever i start it up now it says hard drive failure, its a fking new laptop like 2 weeks old it shouldnt be failing on me. If my dad finds out he will go mental, theres a 1 year warrinty on it though.

Well, my computer sometimes freezes on starting windows... too, but when i just reboot it works perfectly and you should just go to the shop where you bought it and say "REPAIR THIS BITCHES!"

thats why its failing on you coz its from argos lol, i would of bought it from a computer retailer, not argos lol

well pretty much if anything was to go wrong, if it was shipped to you, would be the HDD, if an HDD gets thrown around too much then it can mess up, thats why most laptops are trying to go for SSDs now that the prices are going down

you can talk to their manager all you want, they'll tell you it's not their fault
they buy hardware from a producer, they can't predict if the hardware is faulty, all they can do is boot it, if it works ship it

i think he might of downloaded a trojan and its deleted all the key registry items and deleted shit from the hardrive.

damn i hate trojans lol, good thing i have a step dad who knows how to fix dead computers lol, iv had the computer i use to do my music and coursework nearly 8 years now i think.

and its died about 30000 times. lol

Solid State Drive. It's a hard drive made of flash memory.

@OP: If there was anything wrong with the laptop, it would only appear in the first 1-2 weeks. It's an EXTREMELY common issue, just contact the store and they should replace it since it's within 21-20 days.
