My reason for using AMD is that they have real quad-core; they aren't fakers like Intel, using two physical and two virtual cores. If an AMD Phenom X4 compliant motherboard supporting DDR3 comes out by this August, I intend to get 8GB of DDR3 @ 2000MHz. Now go find out what your GPU (video card) is, HazyLep. Always nice to know what stock machines have in them. ^^
