What sort of computer should I get for music production and playing games.

Budget between £250 - £500

Has to be good ram, memory and performance.
And has to have good video and sound card and good graphics card

You might wanna tack on a Spinpoint 1TB to your order for storing your music. As 64GB SSD isn't going to cut it if you store lots of music on your machine. People can help you with quality sound cards and such, as its not really my area of computers (im mostly gamer/programmer).
