Are USB headset compatible with OTG audio host devices?

I'm explaining myself, I'm the happy owner for a month of a Razer Kraken 7.1 headset which a USB powered and my question is the following:

Will my USB headset be able to be recognize by my Note 2 has a audio device using a On-The-Go USB cable?

Considering the following things:

• OTG Audio host (USB DAC) is supported since the Android 4.0 API
• The Razer Kraken 7.1 as stated on the package, is a 2.0 stereo headset out the box (no need to install the drivers to get stereo sound but needed for 7.1 Virtual Surround)
