The server file for lunentia is made available at Server Operation Room there.
But the downloads are for member only.

To became a member, just register then activate your self via e-mail and post some introduction there.
Thai or English are welcome.

I think you looked at wrong section.

The server files at GF is the same as server files here.
It is preferable when download within or near Thailand.
