Im having a problem with my server. I followed the instructions closely but i still get an error. I know there were solutions before to solve this but they didnt work for me. Here is what i get

I tried to: delete permon.ini, increase pagefile size, remove error reporting, remake the database in sql and some others.
I use windows server 2008 r2 and running interlude server files.
What i did is : download c6 server files, configure with my ips in ini files , make database in sql and start it in the given order. Thank you in advance
