Need 3d Modelers to help in a new MMORPG

Me and my team are starting a new game a new MMORPG (like lineage2)

But stil missing 3d modelers...

the models have to be

.x (not animated)
.3ds (not animated)
.b3d (animated)

yes i have some off it done

(4 playable characters -humans, elfs, dwarfs, gnomes)
2 horses rideable
lots of animals...
Some houses (wood and stone textures -mediaval style-)
Some monters
etc etc etc....

I am starting to build the main city for humans...

Im interested in this project but im not very good at 3D modeling.

Storyline: Still to come.


Compensation:
This is a wait and see type setup for now...we would prefer you come in wanting to make a game without expectations for payment and let payment just be a cool bonus in the end!


Engine:
Realm Crafter

Talents needed​

3D Modellers: We need character, monsters, buildings, landscapes, weapons and items etc.


Concept Artists: Be able to draw refrence pictures for the modellers, to create the GUI of the game etc.


Programmers: Be experienced in Blitz programming. Also preferrably own a copy of Realm Crafter. (Blizt its based on basic and some C influencies)

Animator/Rigging: Animating and rigging in your application of choice
Animate various items including creatures, NPCs, and other items as needed. Rigging would primarily focus on creatures and NPCs.
(If posible media creator 2)

Music Conceptionist: From voices to special efects and main themes....
