Hello everyone! I just wanna ask what program is used to make this kind of animation:

I want to learn how to make an animation just like the one above. If anyone of you knows how to please tell me what program is needed thanks!

Yea this would be possible in photoshop although I wouldn't recommend it. Try looking up some After effect tutorials.
