First Attempt at a wallpaper for my company !

Hey guys, its bounty again (the guy who did those realistic pokeballs). I'm starting up a photography and video editing company and I needed a logo done. So I designed the logo based on the cinema4d logo and changed the colour scheme to match my business. This is my very first attempt at making a wallpaper so tell me what you guys think and how I can improve !

tbh its not very smooth :/ - but its ok !

I like the background the orange should be the logo's orange tho!

First , use dither on gradients. That makes it smooth.

The little rectangle makes no sense , and it doesn't blend in next to the text.

The top triangle would make sense , if it would blend in more , perhaps the color is wrong , or I don't know.
