Historical photos; anything before 1980 allowed!

So I saw this type of topic on a sharing forum that I won't name and it piqued my interest since I'm a massive history fan at heart.

As the title says, anything from 1980 and earlier! Whatever floats your boat: must be at least tasteful though.

#1 . Has to be pre-1980.
#2 . Has to be authentic photos with a short description if possible.
#3 . Nothing cartoon or meme-based.

Victorian Era Couple.
Seeing that exposure time for the cameras in the Victorian era was extremely high, we commonly see people in this era with stone cold expressions and in lifeless poses. Seeing that people were forced to stay in a single position for minutes at a time, it was only natural to stay in these poses, otherwise it would blur the whole shot, As you can see below, people were just as adorable then as they are now.
