How do you make style this

in photoshop?
I tried a lot but failed.

What I am trying to make is menu with border and gradient effect. I failed...
Then those boxes, login forms, etc.

Maybe there is guides somewhere since all gaming networks have same style

They look normal to me, are you sure you have the correct website. Are you talking about the buttons like " my account " ?

it's pretty easy o.o
the navigation: a gradient was used, you could create the same effect using inner glow and stroke.
and the lines: just use a pencil tool and pick 2 differenciating colours and draw 2 lines beside each other.
i'm not sure what boxes you're talking about though =x

okay, i noticed that many people had troubles designing something similar
to gamescampus' website i decided to see if it was so hard myself,
i visualised the concept of their style of designing and recreated all the areas which are "difficult".

The results:

*as for the test i just wrote what came into my mind first x3
also changed a few things but yesh thats the basic layout of the gamescampus website, if requested i may release the PSD or create a tutorial for this.
