Well, I kinda like the both of them... but, the first one does look to be a lil' bit better than the second.. but uhm.. yep.. the first one's better...

Yep. The BG is the same but the renders are diff. I inverted coz I loved the white ghostly look that came on and also the color combination of the first one matches with that of the game A3.
