A logo concept

So i was working on this serious logo, I ended up with different results then i had sketched on paper.
I hate myself for it as this always happens.

This was the concept, I'd make a city hang upside down on the top of the logo.

After 2 hours i ended up with this, I don't know why or how.

I like the conclusion, but not a fan of the text being used. And I don't know if it is just me, but I'm very disturbed with the alignment of the 3 lines on the temple. But overall it is okay, It would be a logo good for a buffet chinese restaurant lol

The original idea was to give the text some bamboo like stuff idk, Idk what i was trying to get too.
