[Looking] In need for a webdev/graphics artist

Well hello!

I'm just giving this a shot, but if anyone is good with either HTML or CSS, also JavaScript and know how to design a good neutral website/blog, with clean, yet exciting graphics, then maybe you could be the perfect person to do some work for me!

I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea how to make a personal design for a website or blog, so I need someone that could take my ideas, produce and show me some work that I could use.

I'm making a blog (It's gonna be in Swedish, so it needs to support nordic letters and keyboard: Å Ä Ö) and I have no clue wat the heck I'm doing!

It's gonna be a personal blog that I will use to blog about my everyday life as an homosexual individual in my city, and also everything else that has to do with my life. I will host the blog myself using WampServer (prefered, ideas of other ways is welcome).

So if you think that you can help me here, please reply. I'm very thankful for any help and ideas that could help me get a blog site to host myself.

Requirements:

HTML Knowledge

JavaScript Knowledge (preferred)

Good/Vast ability's with design, alternative is knowing a good graphics artist to assist you

Willing to work for nothing/fun (Unfortunately this will remain)

Open minded and mature behavior

Good personality

I got a new idea, and I need a serious website developer and an graphics artist, if anyone trusted wish to help I can share my idea with that person. I will base the whole website on an MapleStory CMS. Info will be given to the interested. I fixed myself up with an website host, so that I can have somewere to host it on, the link will not be any custom to start off, I will fix that if the project goes as planned. Would you care to mention anything that you could help with? The biggest issues I have right now is:

Create new pages (Like if you click it, a new page will open within the site)

Get an function where you can upload files (This will be used to upload pictures by "Choose file" option at a separate page)

Building a code where you can post updates on-to a "Wall", this will be simmilair to Facebook status thing.

Making the site function by login > profile > restrictions to other profiles (Also something like facebook where you have a profile page, a photo page, and you can add/delete/choose friends that can watch your pages such as profile and picture albums)

Creating a forum function on a separate page, but the "forum" will be on the actual site.

Create three databases, 1 wich will contain all login/personal information such as E-Mail and passwords that will be used to log in to the site, and one database that will save images, other information other then personal information and one database that runs the actual site (these three databases must co-work to make the site function in a proper manner)

These are kinda many issues, but if I can get them done, everything will be a piece of cake and I just need graphics on that wich I will take care of at another time.

ANYONE wich could help me with either just one of these steps, are very welcome to message me. I will include the peoples real names on the "Site creators" list, and depending on how the site will work and so on, a paycheck every month can be rewarded (like partnership or co-ownage of a minor sort).
