how to fix program has stop working?

im using window 7 and when i run the proxy or any application from the drserver it shows "proxy.exe has stop working" and closed the program so cant run it
anyone has this problem?

DragonRaja server files are not compatible with windows 7 or 8.

They work fine on Windows xp.
