RM Tool Error

For those of you that have RM Tool and have it working how do I fix the error that says:

ERRor Instilized TotalDB Error result = -1300

If it takes long to load and then gives you the -1300 error that means that you need to reinstall your SQL server with firewall turned off.
If it loads fast and gives you the -1300 error that means that the database user name and password you've put is wrong.
