How to add Sound Effect after the Copy/Move files has been done?

As the title says. I wanted to add a sound effect to my computer for copying/moving files. I'm still using the default system of this OS/Windows 7, yes I have the teracopy installed in my compter, but I wanted to add a sound effect for Copy/Move files, if there is a way. Thanks in advance.
