i have a problem about converting excel to ms-access
using vb.net.. can any1 help me..?

You should probably at some point think about how crappy what you're asking us to help you do is.

I can't tell you how little I care if that covers the full scope of your problem but it is related and shows the significant portions of the .NET framework that will do this for you. Outside of that, spend a few hours on MSDN or technet reading documentation and figure it out.
