Does anyone know a software which can filter the bytes sent by udp most, and tcp?

Are you referring to the packets which are sent over UDP or TCP? If so, Wireshark is what you need.

It filters packets based upon many different criteria that you can set.

My server it's under ddoss at the moment, flood makes 85.000 packages per second (400mb as I was told) My host also told me that my server is not harmed by these attacks, the ones that takes the floods are the providers. But is still stopping connection to my server.
