Has anyone ever heard of or used The Odin Project?

It seems to be in beta but has been around for a while from what i've read. So far I've heard good things about it. I'm looking forward to learning some basic web development skills to complement some of my other basic coding abilities.

Seems like someone just laid out a general path in an overly complicated manner. Seems to me you're better off going straight to codeacademy.

I skimmed a few "lessons" on the odin project and they mostly link to third party resources anyway.

Yeah I'm going to start out with Codeacademy. It did have some useful links but through searching for PDFs/other various literature I've found other options. Thanks for the pointer.
