I would say that you need to work on your fonts, number 2 is nice and i like it, but like i say the fonts are a bit stale. Also the image is a little small and warped.

EDIT: This isn't a tutorial or resource either.

i know that i have to learn more about font size and much more..

i like both its just i would prefer the 2nd one because its brighter and pops out more.
