How to create patterns (beginer tutorials)

The first step , explains you how to create a pattern.

Here :

First make a document like so :

Than :

with the following settings

and than create a new layer , and hide the background

make sure the grid is show in your settings , like this

than drag a rectangle that covers 2 squares of the grid , in the middle

like so :

you are done ... now define it as a pattern

name it into something sexy

now it should appear in your patterns
