[HELP] Starting from the basic's

Does anybody know any easy program to start off with?

There isn't really a easy program, also are you willing to buy it or do you want a free version?

If you wan just a start , you can start with gimp it's free, then ( you have money) you can buy photoshop , it's more professional and for sure
it's hard to use it. hope i helped ya =) , oh and also try to google,youtube videos and graphic vocabulary and follow some tuts , then you'll get there!
